Friendly staff.
Bed bugs.
First room had bed bugs. The next day they moved us to a different room. The room was nicer and had no bed bugs.

Nothing.
Could not get a non smoking room, staff cause me trouble with airline boarding passes.
I would only stay in this hotel is it was the only room available.
